in the business
of mining and
extraction of metals and minerals under the administrative control of Ministry
of Energy (Petroleum
Division). SML
intends to hire the services of a reputed tax lawyer to deal with income tax
sales tax cases
Pending at
various forums including the Hon'ble High Court of Balochistan. In this regard,
the company invites
sealed bids/proposals under single stage, two envelops procedure from reputed tax
lawyers who must be
Registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax authorities and are FBR's list of active taxpayers.
Request for
Proposal (RFP)/Terms of Reference (TORs) containing required information
including instructions
for preparation and submission of bids and evaluation criteria etc. may be obtained, for a price
of Rs.1,000/(non-refundable) by issuing a bank draft/pay order in the name of
the company, from SML's head office the

Must reach SML's head office on or before August 6th, 2021 at 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened
the same day at
1130 hrs. in
